"The Indigo Concept put together a database for us to accept and process our application forms online, and this database has made a huge difference to our application process. Each year we have to process upwards of 250 application and upwards of 500 references, all of which used to take an immense amount of time and produce enormouse amounts of paper.
Our new online database means that we can now accept applications and references from all over the world with no hassle at all. Students and referees can submit their applications from any computer (home, libraries, internet cafes etc.) and at any time.
The time we used to spend on accepting and processing applications has been cut in half and the savings with regard to postage costs, printing costs etc. are well worth the cost of setting up the online system.
The Indigo Concept, listened carefully to our brief and have really given us exactly what we wanted and more. They were able to make suggestions as to different ways of capturing the information and all in all nothing was too much effort.
We are now enjoying our paper-free system and looking forward to expanding our database to include other aspects of the Trust's work. It is so good that we are all feeling nervous as we keep thinking that we must have forgotten something as the phone is not ringing all the time and the office is an island of calm, it is absolutely wonderful."
